LSU commit Russell Shepard vs. Cy Falls ESPNU 10/16/08. He's a 6'2" Percy Harvin with an arm, and he's going to be a Tiger. He's also, by all reports, a really good kid. We don't know if he'll be a QB or a RB or a WB or a "slash" type player, but he's a very exciting prospect.

this guy is freaking awesome... unbelieveably good.. human lightning.. I cannot wait for him to be a tiger.
Its hard to overstate how good this guy is. I’m trying to though.
I dont mind the two qb thing if this guy is our “rushing” qb. Hatch’s snaps are going to start dwindling next year as JJ and Shepard get up to speed.
Fellas, our offense is going to be some kinda good next year! With an experienced Lee and a Russell Sheppard/Jordan Jefferson option combo, Dickson at tight end, Scott and Keiland, Murphy, and Holliday at back, LaFell, Tolliver, Tolliver #2, Deangelo Benton (finally), possibly Reuban Randle and a pretty solid oline… we are going to hang some points up on some good teams.
