- With the BCS turning 10 years old, ESPN.com has a rundown of the top 10 of just about everything that's happened since then. The Tigers boast the No. 1 game (2007 vs. Arkansas), the No. 2 player (Glenn Dorsey) and the No. 3 team (2003) among other things. How the LSU-Florida game from last year didn't crack the top 10 much less be No. 1 is beyond me. But that's another story for another day.
- The SEC head coaches voted 9-3 to add a signing day in November for football. I'm on the fence about that and it's certainly not a lock to happen just because of the vote. Bobby Petrino makes the case against it:"Guys in favor of it have 40, 50 or 60 Division I players in their state," Petrino said. "We have to go out and battle and go on the road and recruit every state."Sly Croom sees things differently:"The majority of the coaches do not want to change the culture of the season as it is right now," Mississippi State's Sylvester Croom said. "This allows kids to sign early where we don't have to continually recruit a kid who wants to sign, but still not change the process from what it already is. We're totally opposed to any other [early] signing day other than the way we have it worded."
- The NCAA Baseball Tournament beings at The Box in one day. Let's earn one more weekend at the stadium before sending it out a winner!

I’ll get the comments started. Who are you? And why do you have access to post on this blog? Not meaning to be rude, but I am now the manager of this blog, and I have no idea who you are or how you came to get access to post articles. What’s more, this appears to be the first activity you have ever had on this blog since you joined it two years ago.

i was really hoping
for more drama out of this post/comment. is this problem solved, or will there be more rogue posting??
Misunderstanding is resolved. In fact, Purple Reign will continue contributing.
