Auburn: Had USM played a mistake-free game, they could have won. Auburn made a lot of mistakes, enough to give an overmatched squad a chance to win had they played the game of their lives. But they didn’t play the game of their lives so they came up short.
Ole Miss: Despite the loss, I stand by my statement that this is going to be a tough team.
Gators: Appear to be a lot better than Miami right now.
Bama: Letting Tulane hang around for now.
Arkansas: Would a ULM win actually be an upset?
Kentucky: Dominating an overmatched opponent.
Mississippi State: Looking fine so far, at least on the scoreboard.
