Need to hear something good about LSU basketball?

Then you can do like me and somehow stretch Marcus Thornton's performance last night into some form of a bright spot for the Tigers. Thornton set a Hornets' franchise record with a 23-point second quarter before finishing with a game- and career-high 37 on 15-of-22 shooting. Of course, the Hornets still lost so maybe that's the strongest link to LSU's current situation.
