Should be expected every offseason. That being said, this rings more true than most of the stuff you hear around this time of year. If Jefferson and the line live up to the hype…look out.

I have to admit I’m still not sold on Jefferson. Never have been and have never said much here. I just don’t think he has what it takes but I truely hope I can come back here in Jan. and laugh at my post. This is my hope.
Shepard and Jefferson
Do you think part of the reason Shep gave up his QB dreams was because of his relationship with Jefferson? Obviously he believes in JJ as the QB of this team, and it seems like he knows him pretty well. Do you think he’d switch to receiver if he didn’t think JJ would get him the ball?
I think Shepard realizes that his path to the NFL is not at QB
He is more valuable to this team as a WR/wildcat QB than he would be as an every down signal caller.
He has tremendous talent. If he is commited in the weight room, film room, and on the practice field, he can do great things at LSU.
