" * Freshman kicker Brad Wing was the only member of the 105-man "camp" roster who was not on campus on Wednesday, as he is in Australia getting his visa documentation in order. He plans to join the team this weekend.
* Freshman offensive lineman Elliott Porter has the option to be a grayshirt and join the team in January. If he elects to transfer from LSU, he will be granted a release.
* Center T-Bob Hebert has returned fully from a suspension earlier this summer.
* Fullback Dominique Allen remains suspended indefinitely.
* When asked about the possibility of freshman quarterback Zach Lee playing college football and professional baseball at the same time, Miles knocked on a wooden podium and said that has not come up in discussion.

Among a few jersey number changes made prior to camp: Zach Lee will wear No. 7 rather than 16; defensive lineman Dennis Johnson will switch to 97 from 98; freshman tight end Travis Dickson will wear 41 rather than 82; freshman wide receiver James Wright will wear 82."
