It is weird that the coaches cannot get Ford ready to play? These are the same coaches who couldn't get Keiland Williams ready either....btw KW made the 53 man roster for the Redskins. I like Blue, but after hearing how much of a badass Ford is, I was looking forward to seeing him play.
Watch for teams to overload and blitz the right side of our line. No 72 is not very good. He is soft, slow AND gets beat regularly.
Everyone bitching to let JLee play has a short memory. Everytime he drops back to pass the Tiger nation holds its breath. I think our coaches don't know how to develop talent at QB so it doesn't matter who the put in there...it will always be a problem.
Ryan Baker is a stud. Looking forward to the defense dominating this year.

Deficieny at QB development
Totally agree… the lack of marked improvement by both Jefferson and Lee demonstrates this fact. Hope the running game continues to improve, but what a waste of our WR talent!
Ford's progression..
is disappointing but… I like the play of Blue and Ware and believe they should be the first to get touches after Ridley and Shep from the backfield.

I think KW is legitimate point
and unworthy of boot sack. One of the issues with this team IS player development, and just about everyone on here has complained about this coaching issue, especially in regard to the QB’s. So I think the point that KW makes a NFL roster is worth noting.
So if Ware and Blue turn
out to be better than Ford, like Scott and Hester where better than KDub that’s Miles’ fault?
Look, I LOVE me some KDub and I really wanted him to blow up but it didn’t happen to the degree we’d have all liked. It happens, but he had opportunities and you can’t make a credible argument that he didn’t.
The reason it is Boot Sack worthy, IMHO, is that the humanoids spout off KW, KW, KW just like they did Shep, Shep, Shep and they don’t know what the heck they are talking about.
If we had started Shep at QB last year with that line he would probably still be in the hospital and if we recruited him as a WR he would be lighting it up in Austin right now but the retards just know it’s some hatred Miles has for youngins.
Whine about KW, Ford or Shep last year and it’s a BOOT in your SACK; in my neighborhood anyway! :)

careful with the retards comment
I know what you’re trying to say and there’s probably a better word out there for it.
I hate to sound preachy and otherwise I agree that people get an idea in their heads and nothing will shake it out, no matter if it doesn’t make sense.
Sorry dude, I'm not on the PC wagon and never will be.
The word retard to me has nothing to do with having a metal disability.
As it applies to a portion of our fan base it represents being loud and proud of a completely irrational and totally uneducated fact free view of any number of LSU related topics. KW and the ‘infamous’ LM dog house being a PERFECT example.
I know you’re out there on the kinder gentler emerald and candy cane coast but don’t become a judgmental hypocrite too.

I think KW's problem
Is that he just he just plain wasn’t as good as Jacob Hester or Charles Scott. He may have been more talented but he didn’t know how to use it. Nobody wants a 230-pound outside runner. But to hear the Humanoids on the Rant say it, KW should have been a 2-time Heisman winner and first round pick. And that’s ridiculous. He had some nice runs but those were the exception and not the norm.
And I think the NFL draft bore that out. Hester was drafted in the 3rd round, Scott in the 6th, and Keiland wasn’t at all. And NFL teams don’t shy away from drafting career backups if they think they can play. I’m happy the guy’s made an NFL roster, but keep in mind he only had to beat out an over-the-hill (and more expensive) Willie Parker and Ryan Torrain, who has 2 bad knees (and with more years in the league, was also more expensive). Rondell Mealey made an NFL roster once too.

Lee playing; NOT STARTING
I still am behind Jefferson. I’m still hoping the light bulb goes off in his head. I just would like to see maybe a series or two in meaningful team where Lee gets a chance with the offense. Because Jefferson is really struggling on offense plain and simple.
And I DO remember 2008 with Lee. And the Tech game. I guess after 7 months I’m hoping that has changed.
Hope Jefferson brings it Saturday. And I can’t wait to see that option again! (just messing)
