For the record, It's a cloudy but dry 70 degree day in Baton Rouge today.
Important Notes
Tom Walter (Wake Forest HC who just donated his kidney) will coach his team this weekend.
Spencer Ware is hitting well and might play at some point this weekend.
Snikeris pushing Ross for the C job.
McCune much farther along than CPM thought he would be at this point.
Borrowing a shot clock for the pitch clock this weekend, more permanent solution will be installed soon.
INJURIES
OF Mason Katz (Questionable) ran into the wall and bruised his shoulder in practice, may or may not start
P Tyler Jones (OUT) Suspended for the weekend "disciplinary issue"

Excited to see Gausman and Eades and see what they got
It will be interesting to see how all these new arms shake out since there is plenty of room in the lineup for these young guys to see the mound.
I'll be happy for a set rotation
Last year was absurd. We joke about third base being a black hole, but last year’s rotation was one as well. It didn’t matter who it was, once he entered the rotation, bad things happened.

that's a great point.
I am not ashamed to admit that on more than one occassion I had to refresh my memory on who the starting pitcher was last year. Which, in a normal year, is equivalent to scouring the program to figure out who the QB is. I look forward to the heady days of Friday + X pitcher = Tiger W, Saturday + Y pitcher + Pen = Tiger W, etc.
