I'm not trying to jump to any conclusions or anything, but in the hypothetical situation where we would be facing Oregon without Jefferson as our quarterback, how does everyone think it'll work out?  I have a couple of questions/thoughts in particular:

1.  My first thought is we'd lean on Ware even more and he'd have a big game...but then I would think that Oregon would stack the run and maybe he wouldn't do too much?

2.  Brings me to my second thought, which is, is it possible that Oregon could OVER react to this?  See that we don't have Jefferson and all of a sudden assume we can't pass?  Possibly open things up for a big day from Lee?

3.  Just making sure, if we don't have Jefferson, it's Lee who will start?  Isn't Mettenberger still learning the offense and getting up to speed?

4.  Just how big of a blow does everyone think not having Jefferson would be?  It sounds like our run-heavy, play-action offense could still work well with Lee or Mettenberger...and how has Lee been in practice reports?

Any other thoughts on the situations that could arise in the game from this are welcome.
