Hi all,

To be honest, I feel a bit like Paul Rudd in I Love You, Man doing this, but what the hell.

I'm a fresh grad of Oregon living back home in California. I'm pretty stoked about the season starting soon, and especially so about next weekend--aside from the obvious reasons, it's also the only Oregon game I'm going to be able to go to this year.

Anyway, I always love to meet, tailgate, shoot the shit, etc, with fans of other teams--I had a great time in Knoxville and Glendale last season with the Tennessee and Auburn fans, respectively--and I was just giving a holla to see if any of you had planned a tailgate or knew of any sweet bars or whatnot in Dallas that you would be cool with a couple of Ducks (one of whom is a native Louisianian!) hanging out as well. I know I can't cook as well as you guys can (I haven't posted here before, but I've read your tailgating recipes for sure), but I always have beer in tow for a tailgate and I'd love to meet and have a good time with the opposition.


If you have an recommendations of cool restaurants and/or bars, or other attractions in the Metroplex area, or if you want to otherwise have a few Oregon fans hang out, let me know. Both our teams are excellent and part of one of the biggest regular season football games in quite some time, and all eyes in the country will be on us, so I say we make it an awesome time.
