I admit, this is a bit absurd, but you have to admit its somewhat humorous, no??  His lawyer is claiming Jefferson wasn't involved in the fight to begin with. I'm curious to see what pans out in the investigation.  The victim apparently threw the first punch according to witnesses....either way, its ridiculous Jefferson had 50 pairs of shoes!
