PodKATT here, running the gamethread again in actioncuse's absence today.
If UGA was bad, Ole Miss is worse. Last time out, the TIgers were able to dominate the Rebs by 26 points, led by big days from Hamilton, Warren, and a great 3pt shooting day from Hickey. LSU did all that without JOB3 (hand injury) or White (funeral), giving us a great amount of depth this time around.
Meanwhile, the wheels have come completely off for Ole Miss. After letting Vandy drop 102 on them at home, the fan base is in much the same situation we were this time last year: Switched completely to baseball. Certainly they'll show up in the Tad Pad today, because it's LSU-Ole Miss, and it must be said that LSU is going for only it's 2nd road win in conference play, but this is going to be a slaughter. Hell, Del Piero might get his 3rd minute of SEC play (not sure if he's one the travel roster, though)
There is quite a bit riding on this game too. Losses by Bama and Tennessee later tonight would put LSU alone in 4th place in the SEC, enjoying a 1st round bye in NOLA.
