ATH John Diarse from Neville committed to our Tigers on Saturday during a meeting with Coach Miles. Coach Miles was so happy to hear about his commitment, he grabbed Diarse & hugged him when he heard it. Diarse has been rated the #1 player in Louisiana by some people. He is a huge pickup for his talent alone, but it is special in another way too... A lot of people (including me) thought Diarse was a bigtime Bama lean, and it looked very much like Bama was going to steal one of our tops guys again. It wasn't until we hired Adam Henry that Diarse starting getting very interested in LSU. He and Coach Henry formed a very strong bond from the beginning, and it has lead to his recent commitment. Big time player, and we able to keep a top kid in state and away from Bama... GREAT news!!! Geaux Tigers!
