Rickey Jefferson, the No. 205 national recruit and four-star prospect according to Rivals, faxed his national letter of intent to LSU.
An athlete recruit out of Destrehan, La., Jefferson is the younger brother of former LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson.
He committed to LSU over offers from Alabama, Florida State and Ole Miss last July. It's speculated that he'll start off playing safety for the Tigers. Jefferson missed the 2012 season with a knee injury, but played running back and wide receiver at Destrehan in 2011.
