My votes in this week's SEC Power Poll, as compiled by SBN's South Carolina blog Garnet and Black Attack:
- LSU - Passing game crippled with loss of Doucet; yet still Tigers pound out 250 on the ground in huge win.
- Florida - The amazing thing is, Tebow's still got at least another year to develop. This team is going to be scary good for the next few years at least.
- South Carolina - Defense coming together and Smelley behind center makes this the potential champ of the East; still not in Florida's class though.
- Auburn - What a sea change from the first three weeks of the season. A win at LSU in a week in a half and the West could be theirs.
- Kentucky - Uncharacteristic errors from Woodson makes me think last week was an aberration; with LSU and Florida coming up though, it might be awhile before we find out for sure.
- Tennessee - Oh hosannah they've found a defense! And unbelievably enough, control their own destiny in the SEC East.
- Alabama - In limbo. A sort of purgatory till we find out more.
- Georgia - What the hell, guys?
- Arkansas - Thankfully the win-loss column doesn't matter for the Heisman campaigns of running backs.
- Mississippi State - Still getting votes in the polls. Good for them. Really.
- Vanderbilt - Yadda yadda yadda Earl Bennett yadda yadda yadda
- Ole Miss - The way this year has gone in CFB, it ought to surprise no one if they knock off LSU in November.
