ATVS - Geaux Show Pick'em 2010 FINAL RESULTS

I guess it's only fitting that the only week all season that I win is the last one, though it wasn't enough to improve my standing in the overall by much. Fander4's great finish was enough to bolt him/her into the top 5, but was it enough? And what of the epic deadlock struggle between ADD-Day and LSUchad, neither of whom appear in this weeks top ten? The answers are after the break.

It's the result we all expected. After spending weeks at the top, ADD-Day held off the onslaught to win the year with just a 2 point lead. LSUchad stayed close in the early action, but ended the weekend with a disastrous 6-6 finish. A percentage correct of just under %60 was all that it took to win this year.

Thing look very bad for your humble ATVS-Geaux Show staff. Marvin, fresh off his successful preseason pick of S Car to win the East must think himself a regular Nostrodamus now (with a %54 correct rate) as the best record of the staff. I took the Writer's Cup with a 27th place finish. Your staff loser, in 60th place, is Poseur.

The big upset for the week rests on the worst kicker I have ever seen punting for zero yards for 'Zona. Other than UCONN punching their BCS ticket, there weren't a whole lot of surprises on Championship weekend.

With no tie to break, the Army-Navy game will remain unpicked this season. It was fun running this game and we had a lot more participation than I thought. Even though about 20 of you stopped playing by the end of the season, I'm glad to say that nearly half of you finished over .500 for the year.
