North Texas

UNT picked up their fourth win of the season over South Alabama, 24-14, though freshman running back Antoine Jimmerson went down with a shoulder injury. At 4-6 with two games left, the Mean Green could use all the help they can get to try and get to bowl eligibility.

Washington

Rolled to bowl eligibility against Utah, 34-15, with Keith Price playing like the player he was expected to be entering this season. With just Colorado and Washington State left on the schedule, 8-4 looks like a very realistic record for the Huskies. Running back Bishop Sankey continues to improve as a playmaker for this offense.

Idaho

Yet another loss for the Vandals, as BYU rolled to a 52-13 victory.

Auburn

38-0, and there's not much more to say for Auburn right now. Gene Chizik will get one last shot to go out in a blaze of glory versus Alabama, but make no mistake, he is going out. So who's next?

Towson

Rob Ambrose's squad won their third straight, dominating Rhode Island, 41-10. The FCS Tigers sit at 6-4 on the season and 5-2 in the Colonial Athletic Association.

Florida

If you didn't see it, the Gators needed a miracle punt block to escape UL-Lafayette over the weekend, 27-20. Truly, nobody could've seen ULL scoring 17 straight against the Gators, but Andy Hutchins is throwing out some Delusional Optimism of his own, and taking issue with Spencer Hall's...interesting...thoughts on the game.

South Carolina

The Gamecocks improved to 8-2 on the season with a 38-20 waxing of Arkansas. Also, I'm pretty sure Jadeveon Clowney gave Tyler Wilson the Diamond Cutter.

Texas A&M

They did something...I don't really remember catching the game. Hopefully, the Aggies success will go somewhere towards ending the stupid notion that some (**coughGaryDanielsoncough**) that the spread "doesn't work in the SEC."

Alabama

Bama fans are pretty sure that Saturday's loss wasn't a killer blow to their title hopes, and sadly, they're probably right. But they'll need to ratchet up their own play if they want to take advantage.

Mississippi State

Even with Saturday's loss, Bulldog QB Tyler Russell has set a new single-season touchdown record for the program. He's closing in on the season yardage mark as well.

Ole Miss

Blew a double-digit lead at home to Vanderbilt, notching loss No. 5 on the season for Rebs, and with LSU and State left, not going bowling is back to being a possibility. Why this is a surprise to them, I have no idea. Hugh Freeze is in just year one one of the biggest rebuilding projects in the league. Also, as usual, Ole Miss hate is just so damn quaint and cute. They always so mad, y'all.

Arkansas

Just another loss for the Razorbacks in this lost season. Even Arkansas Expats has given up the ship right now. Not sure how I feel about that, but here's hoping we don't have to find out for quite some time. These final two games lie between Arkansas and bowl eligibility.
