Sunday Update: So, Something Happened on Saturday...

A quick note, plus a roundup of where the Tigers sit in the rankings after Saturday's big win.

Crystal LoGiudice-USA TODAY Sports

Apologies for the lack of a Sunday review on Saturday's awesome victory, but yours truly was a little bit busy on Saturday welcoming my first child, Ellia Renee Gomila, into the world. She was slated to come over the open week, but decided the Ole Miss game was a little bit too big to miss. She showed up in the middle of Gameday's pick'ems segment, and her and her momma rested comfortably for the next couple of hours and were ready to go for kickoff.

Think I might have a story or two to tell her when she gets older. For those of you that follow me on Twitter/Facebook as it all unfolded, my wife and I can't thank you all enough for the kind words.

Anyways, I did watch every snap on Saturday, albeit without much sound due to, you know, hospital room. I also have the game on my DVR and promise to get some sort of review done this week. I see no reason why a late-nite feeding can't feature film study.

Anyways, here's a quick review of the Sunday polls, along with the Massey composite rankings. LSU's making some nice headway, but there' still three big games left.
