The Broncos drafted Barrow in the 5th round on Saturday, a great landing spot for the now former Tiger.
The 5th round seems just about right for Barrow, who played exceptionally well in 2012 next to Kevin Minter, but struggled some in 2013.
The man himself, John Elway, had this to say:
We've picked Lamin Barrow from LSU in Rd 5. Versatile linebacker who can play Mike or Will positions. Good toughness & instincts.

Heading to the Super Bowl runners-up is a nice place to be. He fits their 4-3 scheme well, and though they have an abundance of backers, there's a good shot here that he can make the team.
Barrow was the first LSU player selected on Day 3 of the draft.
