The Cincinnati Bengals Select Jeremy Hill 55th Overall

On Day 2 of the NFL draft, Jeremy Hill heard his name called by the Cincinnati Bengals.

Depending on the source, Jeremy Hill is the top back in this year's draft. Questions remained about how NFL teams would perceive his previous character issues, despite many reports suggesting his interviews went very positively all the way around.

Initial reports suggested Hill would return to Baton Rouge for his junior season, but he eventually opted to pursue his career in the NFL. Tonight, the decision paid off when the Cincinnati Bengals selected Hill 55th overall.

There's perhaps no better landing spot than Cincinnati for Hill. They've done an amazing job with "reclamation projects" under Marvin Lewis. The combination of Hill/Bernard is a scary sight for NFL defenses.

Hill reportedly wrote pages and pages of letters to all 32 NFL teams declaring how his character was changed from his past struggles.
