Long Beach, California DB Iman Marshall scheduled his official visit to LSU for the weekend of January 23rd. LSU has long courted the super stud DB, though he's almost unanimously anticipated to stay home and play for USC.
Marshall is the No. 1 DB in the 247 Industry Composite, ranking just ahead of our own Kevin Tolliver II. He's already taken a visit to Notre Dame, and will also trip to FSU (January 16th) and Oregon (January 30th).
Marshall has one remaining official visit to schedule, and don't be surprised if that trip is to Michigan. Harbaugh is already making a push to get the talented DB on campus.
For LSU, pulling Marshall will be a tall order. He lives just half an hour from USC's campus, not much further than five-star athlete Adoree Jackson from the 2014 signing class. The likelihood that Marshall officially visits USC is low, since he can readily take in the school at any time. He's already unofficially visited four times since July.
Anything can happen when you get a player on campus, but consider this one a long shot.
