If you learn nothing else from this site, let it be this: Never depend on a football team from the state of Mississippi for anything. Also, LSU never covers a rent-a-win not named Tulane or USL. Really balanced picks otherwise. Nice to see Navy take the early lead for the CIC

Vegas has gone nuclear about the LSU-USC game, but because this isn't Vegas, things are much simpler. The spread is as if nothing has changed, LSU is favored by 12.5. Make your pick and tiebreaker entry based only on that spread. Elsewhere, it was really tough coming up with a full slate this week. Northwestern sends new look Michigan back to the drawing board (though Chicago's true team is still a bit of fools gold) while Navy makes the heart broken Irish go back for a second shot of failure scotch. Tennessee has to win a game eventually right? Bama clears the Hogs easily, UF escapes hapless Mizzou. Utah becomes the West Coast's Last Hope and HAWAII FINALLY HAS A MIDNIGHT HOME GAME AGAIN!
