Quarterback Justin McMillan out of Cedar Hill High School in Cedar Hill, TX has signed his national letter of intent to become a member of LSU's 2015 recruiting class.
McMillan is listed at 6-1.5, 170 pounds and is a 3-star recruit. He is rated as the 37th dual-threat quarterback in the country according to 247 Composite ratings and the 1450th player overall. He is ranked as the 169th player in the state of Texas and committed to LSU in June of last year. McMillan is an early enrollee and will partake in spring practices.
In his senior season, he threw for 2897 yards, 37 touchdowns and only threw 4 interceptions along with 6 TD's on the ground. McMillan led his team to a state title his senior year and comes from a powerhouse program in the state of Texas. Jennings, Harris and McMillan are the only QB's on scholarship so McMillan's name should be thrown in the conversation for LSU's starting quarterback job, especially since he is getting a full spring under his belt.
