Despite de-committing from LSU last month, four-star linebacker Michael Divinity got his moment on ESPN to re-commit to the home-state Tigers, giving new defensive coordinator and LB coach Dave Aranda a speedy weapon to utilize in his innovative defense.
Aranda loves to use a unique 2-4-5 scheme at times that utilizes speedy linebackers, something Divinity would bring to the defense. Divinity can get to the quarterback and cover a lot of ground on running plays, even getting out and covering receivers as well on occasion.
