Destrehan High School has put out a line of college football players in the last 30 years, and defensive lineman Glen Logan is the latest prospect to take his talents up I-10 to LSU.
Logan is one of the headliners in a loaded defensive line class for the Tigers this year. He committed to the Tigers this summer, and while it was a battle to the end with the Miami Hurricanes, Ed Orgeron was able to hold on to the 6-4, 290-pound prospect.
Logan projects as a tackle or possibly a strong-side defensive end, and ranks 160 in the 247 Composite, the No. 9 player in the state of Louisiana. He also had offers from Alabama, Oklahoma, Clemson, Florida and most of the major recruiting powers in the Southeast Region.
