Former Louisiana WR Drake Davis is officially returning home, signing with LSU today. The composite four star WR played his senior season at IMG Academy and was anointed a Under Armour All-American.
Davis is a kid with an interesting recruiting story. At one point, he quit football altogether to focus on playing soccer, but then quickly returned. He left Louisiana after his sophomore season, spent a year at Fork Union Military Academy before winding up at IMG Academy. Davis was heavily courted by Ole Miss and Alabama but opted to return home for his collegiate career. At 6'4", Davis is the type of big-bodied WR we've seen have great success at LSU.
