In light of many incidents of sexual assault on college campuses, LSU is requiring all student athletes and coaches to take a sexual assault awareness and sensitivity class to be proactive and make sure these incidents don’t occur.

Greg Deichmann had a solid showing at the College Home Run Derby, blasting 12 dingers, but it wasn’t enough to advance past round one (!!!! — what the hell TD Ameritrade?).

Lynnika Pitts, a former LSU All American, has advanced to the Triple Jump Finals at the U.S. Olympic Trials.

Four LSU players made it onto everyone’s favorite college football awards watch lists. Those being Kendell Beckwith, Tre’Davious White and Jamal Adams for the Bednarik. And of course Leonard Fournette for the Maxwell.
