WAILP. The Tigers find themselves sitting at the .500 mark of 9-9 (1-6) after losing their fifth straight contest, giving up over 90 points for the fifth time in the last eight games. That lone conference win against Missouri seems so far in the distance now, but we’ve got to look ahead. Another option would be to look away, or watch Netflix’s take on A Series of Unfortunate Events. You’ll probably be miserable either way!
Ok, that’s enough Chicken Little talk for now. The #25 Florida Gators come to the PMAC tonight with a record of 14-5 (5-2), with a two game losing streak against South Carolina and Vanderbilt. The Gators are a pretty average scoring team with 76.9 points per game, but bring a very solid defense to the table, allowing only 66.6 ( \m/ ) points per game. LSU, however, has gotten to a point in the season where they’re giving up 79.5 points per game, good for 323rd in the nation. There are 351 schools competing in Division 1 Men’s Basketball.
Regardless of whatever outcome you might anticipate, I’d still highly recommend attending the game for a chance at one of these bad boys.
