LSU closed on one of the biggest, and most important, targets of the 2018 recruiting cycle with the word that offensive tackle Badara Traore has signed his national letter of intent.
Traore verbally committed a few weeks ago, but caused some concern with a late visit to the University of Tennessee. With his signing, LSU will keep him in the fold through the transition from his recruiter, Jeff Grimes, to new offensive line coach James Cregg.
At 6-8 and 315 pounds out of ASA College in New York, Traore is the No. 1 JUCO tackle prospect, and a four-star in the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
