Last night, LSU beat Auburn 4-0 on the back of a boss performance from Alex Lange. Tonight, they go for the series victory with newly minted LSU graduate Jared Poche’ chasing the career wins record at LSU. Lange’s complete game performance last night means the bullpen is at as full strength as it can be in May.

That’s the good news. The bad news is that Auburn throws staff ace Keegan Thompson tonight and number two arm Casey Mize tomorrow night.

Right now the tarp is on the field, but the forecast looks like it will be clear for the game.
