Jones had originally committed to the Tigers in January of this year. The 6-3, 205-pound target ranks 49th at the receiver position in the 247 Sports composite rankings. During his brief decommitment, Jones picked up an offer to Florida State.
Receiver is expected to be a big part of LSU’s 2018 recruiting class, with several big-time prospects still in play. Jones marks LSU’s second commitment at the position, and 16th member of the class overall.
