Five-star wide receiver Terrace Marshall took to his social media last night to announce four finalists for his recruitment. And of course, the home team LSU Tigers are right there for the nation’s No. 1 pass-catcher.
Marshall, of Parkway High School in Shreveport, is the No. 1 player in the state, and 247 Sport’s composite No. 1 player at the receiver position.
There was some concern when Marshall’s quarterback, Justin Rogers, announced plans to head to TCU, but the Horned Frogs didn’t make Marshall’s list. It looks like the Tigers will battle Texas and Texas A&M along with the Miami Hurricanes. Sources close to the program have consistently indicated that LSU feels very good about their chances.
Receiver is one of LSU’s biggest needs in the Class of 2018, with two present commitments in Kenan Jones and Jaray Jenkins. Look or the Tigers to sign at least two, possibly three more, including Marshall.
