With SEC Media Days wrapping up, the media choices for the preseason All-SEC team and the conference order of finish came in. The finish picks were what have been the general conventional wisdom of the offseason, with LSU picked third in the Western Division behind Alabama and Auburn:

Florida (96) - 1526
Tennessee (3) - 998
South Carolina (5) - 897

Media aren’t exactly good at this, but that’s never stopped them before, has it? I’ll have whatever that Vandy writer is having.
As for the all-conference selections, LSU ended up with seven overall and two first-team selections — Derrius Guice and Arden Key.
