LSU’s most recent No. 7 will join his predecessor in the number as a Jacksonville Jaguars. D.J. Chark will be headed to DUVALLLLLL after the Jaguars selected him in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

Chark was an afterthought recruit in LSU’s 2014 recruiting class out of Alexandria Senior High School, but eventually transitioned into a big-play threat for the Tigers as a junior and senior. In 2017 he averaged 21.9 yards per catch on 40 receptions, was a second-team All-SEC selection and named a permanent team captain by his teammates.

He nailed the post-season draft process as well, tearing up the Senior Bowl and earning Co-MVP honors, and performing well at the NFL Combine as well. He should step in as a deep threat for Blake Bortles. Lots of bombs off play-fakes to Leonard Fournette.
