The Indoor Football League has the weekend off as Iowa and Sioux Falls prepare for the IFL Championship next weekend. Arena Football is having the final week of it’s regular season. We told you last week about how they began experimenting with live helmet cam feeds from players in-game and the results did not disappoint.

Aussie Rules is back on it’s Friday night time slot. Unfortunately Carlton is at the bottom of the ladder while Port Adelaide is in playoff contention, so it probably won’t be the most entertaining matchup. The CFL has another ESPN2 Friday night double header.

Super Rugby, the professional rugby league with teams spanning the globe from South Africa to Japan to Argentina, returns to action after an International competition break, with start times you’d expect from the other side of the globe. Luckily ESPN+ games are pretty easy to watch after the fact. Major League Ruby has a playoff doubleheader on CBSSN for it’s semi-final round.

There are no games that I could find on TV or streaming on Sunday. Perfect time to catch up on any CFL you may have missed!
