Marcus Dumervil Signs With LSU

LSU may have found its left tackle of the future in four-star prospect Marucs Dumervil out of St. Thomas Aquinas in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

LSU had a 100 percent crystal ball prediction for landing Dumervil. He visited campus in April and took his official visit in the fall. Dumervil told 247 that the Baton Rouge culture stood out to him most.

Per 247 Dumervil is a “high floor” prospect. He comes from an impressive family lineage. His uncle is former NFL pass rusher Elvis Dumervil and his cousin is Dejmi Dumervil Jean, a defensive linemen curently playing at Louisville.
