Four-star corner back Damarius McGhee signed his letter of intent with LSU Wednesday, giving the Tigers their line corner in its 2021 recruiting class.
McGhee, from the Pensacola area, received an offer from LSU at the end of August. He was committed to Tennessee at the time of his offer, but McGhee de-committed from the Vols around Thanksgiving.
Standing at a reported 6’1” and 163 pounds, McGhee is a top-100 prospect in the 247 Sports composite, and No. 8 corner overall.
Coming into Early Signing Day, LSU had four safeties in its recruiting class but no corners. Nathaniel Wiggins, who was committed to LSU, flipped his commitment to Clemson on Monday.
