LSU made it two Tiger defensive backs taken in the second round of the NFL Draft as the Tennessee Titans took Kristian Fulton with the 61st overall pick.

Fulton was projected all over the place leading up to the draft. Some thought he would go in the first round, others pegged him as a high second round pick. Ultimately Fulton dropped toward the end of the second round.

Corner was an area of need for Tennessee with Logan Ryan being a free agent and the Titans made Fulton their guy. Fulton broke up 14 passes and intercepted another last season.

Fulton is the second Tiger defensive back to be selected in the second round of Friday’s NFL Draft. Grant Delpit was picked 44th by the Cleveland Browns; that brings LSU’s amount of draft picks to seven. Joe Burrow, K’Lavon Chaisson, Justin Jefferson, Patrick Queen and Clyde Edwards-Helaire were all picked in the first round.
