The LSU men’s basketball team has won three straight games—the last two being in dominant fashion—and as a result you, or beloved readers, are extremely confident in the direction of the program.

Count Will Wade among those numbers.

“I haven’t had this much fun coaching since I’ve been here,” Wade said during Friday’s presser. “This is a fun group. I don’t know where it’s going to lead, but we have great, great people. We’re starting to come together and I’m just very, very excited.”

Wade, and fans of LSU basketball, have good reason to be excited about the program. LSU has won three games in a row, highlighted by a wire-to-wire win at Ole Miss last Saturday, and leading Arkansas by as many as 31 Wednesday evening.

Offense has never been an issue for LSU under Wade, but now the Tigers are starting to clamp down defensively. The Rebels and Razorbacks were held to 35 and 34 percent shooting.

LSU looks to push their winning streak to four when the Tigers host South Carolina at 7:30.
