Good morning, welcome to the Divisional Weekend.

Last weekend was awesome and I hope the NFL keeps both this new format and a game broadcasted on Nick. Six playoff games over a two-day span was fantastic and this weekend ought to be just as exciting.

Also, for those who care, with the Colts losing LSU’s guaranteed to extend its streak of former players competing in a Super Bowl to 20 straight seasons.

Rams vs. Packers, 3:35 P.M., Fox

As a Saints fan and a graduate of LSU it pains me to say this but..........I want the Rams to win. I’ll say it’s because the Rams have two LSU players, Whitworth and Brockers, and Green Bay has zero, but really its because I’d rather the Saints play the Rams at home next Sunday as opposed to going Green Bay. Sigh, go Rams.

Ravens vs. Bills, 7:15 P.M., NBC

The best game of the weekend. Baltimore got its payback over Tennessee, while Buffalo won its first playoff game in 25 years. I’ll be pulling for Buffalo because I want this Bills Mafia train to keep rolling.

Browns vs. Chiefs, Sunday January 17, 2:05 P.M., CBS

Well look at this, it’s LSU North vs. LSU Midwest!

Cleveland basically won the Super Bowl last week when they kicked the hated Steelers’ asses on Pittsburgh’s home field. That’s gotta feel great. Jarvis Landry had a good game for Cleveland, catching five passes for 92 yards and a touchdown.

Unfortunately for Landry and the Browns they now draw the Chiefs who had last week off as the AFC’s No. 1 seed. Clyde Edwards-Helaire is good to go after missing the Kansas City’s last two games due to injury. Maybe we’ll see Jacob Phillips tackle Clyde, or Tyrann Mathieu chase down Landry, that’d be fun.

Buccaneers vs. Saints, Sunday January 17, 5:40 P.M., FOX

Leonard Fournette had a good game last week against Washington, picking up 93 yards and scoring a touchdown. Tampa also gets Devin White back, White had to miss last week’s game after being on the COVID list.

That’s all well and good. Now if you’ll allow me to put on my Saints hat, I just want to say: I’m going to throw up and also Who Dat.
