Saturday’s LSU-Alabama game will be carried on ESPN with kickoff set for 6:00 P.M., the SEC announced Sunday morning.
Normally kickoff times and television carriers are announced about 10 days ahead of time, but the SEC elected to wait to see how Saturday’s Ole Miss-Auburn game played out. With Auburn winning, CBS will head to College Station for Auburn-Texas A&M; Georgia-Missouri, which was also up in the air, will kickoff at 11 A.M.
This will be the first time since 2006 that the LSU-Alabama game will not be on CBS.

It’s early in the week of course, but a few sports books opened with Alabama as a 25-point favorite over LSU. And seeing as LSU didn’t have enough healthy bodies to practice last week, that line doesn’t seem high enough.
So yeah Saturday night should be a great time!
