Good morning, welcome to week two of the NFL season.
I would’ve had this up on Thursday but the Thursday night game was Giants vs. Washington and there’s hardly any LSU representation there. New York doesn’t have any former Tigers on the active roster, while Saahdiq Charles is a backup.
On to the games.
Bengals vs. Bears, 12:00 P.M., FOX
LSU may leave something to be desired on the field but the creative team always delivers.
Texans vs. Browns, 12:00 P.M., CBS
LSU: Great Lakes (Cleveland) gave LSU: Midwest (Kansas City) all they wanted last week but the Brownies came up short. Grant Delpit should make his professional debut today for Cleveland, Delpit’s battled back from a ruptured Achilles injury during training camp his rookie season.
Rams vs. Colts, 12:00 P.M., FOX
The Rams looked like world beaters last Sunday night meaning Andrew Whitworth might finally get that elusive Super Bowl ring.
Bills vs. Dolphins, 12:00 P.M., CBS
Ferguson Bowl III
Patriots vs. Jets, 12:00 P.M., CBS
I...don’t really have anything to say about this game. The Jets have that affect on people.
Raiders vs. Steelers, 12:00 P.M., CBS
An intriguing early season game but not a whole lot of LSU-ness to it. Foster Moreau plays second fiddle at tight end to Darren Waller and Trai Turner’s a guard so obviously we won’t really be seeing him make plays.
49ers vs. Eagles, 12:00 P.M., FOX
Something something Arden Key was held in 2016.
Saints vs. Panthers 12:00 P.M., FOX
For whatever reason the Saints don’t draft LSU players, but they would have drafted Terrace Marshall in April had Carolina not swooped in ahead of them. So that’s a bummer. Marshall caught three passes for 26 yards in his NFL debut last week.
Broncos vs. Jaguars, 12:00 P.M., CBS
The last time Trevor Lawrence played against Kary Vincnet and Lloyd Cushenberry it worked out pretty okay for those two!
Vikings vs. Cardinals, 3:05 P.M., FOX
Patrick Peterson makes his return to Arizona after spending 10 years with the Cardinals. Also someone please get Justin Jefferson out of Minnesota and bring him to Cincinnati I mean look at this

Falcons vs. Bucs, 3:05 P.M., FOX
We need to start a GoFundMe to save Deion Jones and Russell Gage from the impoverished country that is the Atlanta Falcons. Meanwhile Devin White and the Bucs had to pull one out of their keister’s on opening night to avoid losing to Dallas.
Cowboys vs. Chargers, 3:25 P.M., CBS
La’el Collins was suspended for five games for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. It’s not what you want.
Titans vs. Seahawks, 3:25 P.M., CBS
One week after trying to cover DeAndre Hopkins, Kristian Fulton now has to cover actual X-Men D.K. Metcalf.
Chiefs vs. Ravens, 7:20 P.M., NBC
For the second year in a row we get to see Patrick Queen chase around Clyde Edwards-Helaire on national television. Also Tyrann Mathieu will be available for KC after missing last week’s thrilling win over the Browns.
Lions vs. Packers, 7:20 P.M., ESPN, (Monday September 20)
A highly skippable game for two reasons. First off, the Lions are ass and you should never ever watch them. Second, like the Thursday night game, there’s only one former Tiger playing in this game that being Michael Brockers.
